About The Rough Idea

The Rough Idea publishes explainer articles on technology, culture, finance, science, and politics. Every article is fact-checked against published sources and reviewed by a human editor before it goes live. Our articles are explainers meant to summarize and make sense of a topic.

For health, medical, and political topics in particular, we review articles with extra care before they go live. If you spot an error, we want to know: email contact@theroughidea.com.
